Refund Policy

We want you to love Pair Sketch. If it isn't right for you, eligible subscriptions can be refunded within the window below. To apply, contact us via email.

We aim to respond within 3 business days.

Eligibility

  • One-time payments: not refundable.
  • Subscriptions (Plus and Pro): unconditional 15-day refund from the initial purchase date. No questions asked.

How to Apply

  1. Email support@pairsketch.com from your account email address within 15 days (for subscriptions).
  2. Include your order ID/receipt and plan (Plus or Pro).
  3. Optional: tell us how we can improve.

Processing

  • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method by our payment processor (Creem).
  • Refund timing depends on your bank or card issuer.
  • Canceling a subscription stops future renewals. Refunds beyond 15 days are not provided unless required by law.
