Eligibility

• One‑time payments: not refundable.
• Subscriptions (Plus and Pro): unconditional 15‑day refund from the initial purchase date. No questions asked.

How to Apply

1. Email aresjensen50@gmail.com from your account email address within 15 days (for subscriptions).
2. Include your order ID/receipt and plan (Plus or Pro).
3. Optional: tell us how we can improve.

Processing

• Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method by our payment processor (Creem).
• Refund timing depends on your bank or card issuer.
• Canceling a subscription stops future renewals. Refunds beyond 15 days are not provided unless required by law.
